ABOUT ME
Lawyer, managing partner of the law and tax office AXELO Ostrowski, Domagalski i Wspólnicy. He has over twenty years of experience in legal and tax consulting for business. He specializes in strategic consulting in these areas, as well as in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and crisis legal management projects.
He worked for domestic and foreign contractors, including leading Polish companies, including: from the furniture, dyeing, consumer goods and automotive markets. He conducted consulting, legal and tax projects in matters of mergers, acquisitions, reorganization and optimization, as well as business negotiations. He has also been involved in Polish-Ukrainian entrepreneurship for 20 years.
