Timeliness of container deliveries

The bot checks the delivery date to Poland for the indicated container on the indicated website. Information about changing the delivery date is sent by e-mail directly to the order department. The container number is taken from the company's B2B system. The bot works every night.

Generating material release receipt documents

Material release receipts from each working day are generated in the ERP system and then saved in PDF format. The bot sends them daily in the form of an e-mail to selected contractors. E-mail data are taken directly from contractor files.

VAT + white list

The bot checks whether the contractor is an active VAT payer. Along with the verification, data is supplemented with bank accounts that are on the white list. The list of inactive VAT taxpayers is sent to the accountant.

Price checker

The bot checks prices on two websites for the same products. In the prepared spreadsheet, he verifies their price difference. It sends information to the indicated e-mail address that the prices have not changed or an alert about price changes.
