Comarch Mobile in a new version – see what has changed

The latest version of Comarch Mobile combines a modern look, more convenient navigation, and features that simplify the daily work of sales representatives. The refreshed interface, clear dashboard, easier access to customer data, and intelligent CRM reminders make fieldwork faster, more intuitive, and more efficient.
Mobility in business is now a standard, but the key to success lies not only in having access to data from anywhere but also in speed of operation and user convenience. The new version of Comarch Mobile meets the expectations of sales representatives and managers by offering a range of improvements that genuinely enhance daily work efficiency.
Comarch Mobile – what kind of solution is it?
Comarch Mobile is a modern mobile application designed for professionals who perform their duties outside the office – especially sales representatives, service technicians, and sales managers. Thanks to full integration with Comarch ERP systems (including Comarch ERP XL, Comarch ERP Optima, and Comarch ERP Altum), users have constant access to up-to-date company data from their smartphones or tablets, regardless of time or location.
This solution was created to support mobile teams in carrying out their daily tasks by providing a tool for quick decision-making and efficient customer service. With Comarch Mobile, field employees can, among other things:
- Issue commercial documents – such as invoices, orders, delivery notes (WZ), and offers—directly during client meetings.
- Browse and update customer data – including contact details, transaction history, payment status, and individual commercial terms.
- Plan visits, tasks, and CRM activities – with options to set reminders and monitor progress.
- Monitor sales target achievement – analyzing sales values, order structures, and performance against plans.
- Manage orders, offers, and returns – in full synchronization with the ERP system, eliminating the need for manual data entry afterward.
As a result, the app serves not only as a mobile extension of the ERP system but also as a comprehensive assistant for salespeople in the field. It helps reduce customer service time, increases sales activity efficiency, and minimizes the risk of errors caused by working with outdated information. Ultimately, companies can better leverage their teams’ potential, while customers receive faster and more professional service.
New interface in Comarch Mobile Sales
One of the most noticeable features in the new version of Comarch Mobile Sales is the refreshed, modern interface. Users have full flexibility in the app settings, as they can independently choose whether to work in the classic view or switch to the new mode.
After logging in and activating the new interface, the first element the user sees is the start dashboard. This clear and intuitive screen gathers key information needed by a sales representative in their daily work. In one place, users can check scheduled visits and current sales values calculated based on issued documents. This allows the user to know at the start of the day what tasks lie ahead and how the plan’s execution is progressing.
Improved customer management
Significant changes have also been made in the Customers tab. The new version introduces a clear division into several categories: all customers, favorites, frequently used, recent transactions, contacts, and debtors. This categorization allows users to quickly access the necessary data and manage business relationships more effectively.
When selecting a specific customer, the user gains access to three well-organized tabs:
- Dashboard – containing the most important summary information,
- Information – presenting detailed contact and business data,
- Activities – collecting the history of actions, planned tasks, and visits.
This layout makes fieldwork easier by enabling quick access to needed information during client conversations.
Documents and cart
The new version of the application features a significantly redesigned document list. Now, it’s easier to browse through the history and details of documents, and from within any document, users can quickly access the cart, where detailed information about the products linked to that document is displayed. This functionality is especially useful during sales negotiations or when verifying orders during a client visit.
The “More” tab
For added user convenience, an expanded “More” tab has been created, allowing quick access to the product list (divided into offered items, items to be received, receipt documents, and returns), application settings, as well as data synchronization functions. All of this is available in one place, significantly reducing the time needed to perform operations.
Importantly, even after trying the new interface, users can still revert to the classic tile view if that way of working is more comfortable for them. This flexibility ensures the app adapts to the individual preferences and working styles of each salesperson.
PUSH notifications for CRM activities
The second key new feature in Comarch Mobile is PUSH notifications, which significantly simplify managing daily tasks, visits, and meetings. This function was designed to ensure that app users never miss an important activity, even when constantly on the move or using multiple tools simultaneously.
Thanks to customizable settings, users can choose how far in advance they want to receive reminders about upcoming events. Standard options include 1, 2, or 3 hours before the scheduled activity, as well as the ability to set a custom time tailored to their own needs and work style.
Importantly, PUSH notifications work even when the Comarch Mobile app is not active on the device. This means users will receive reminders regardless of whether they are currently using their phone or if it is locked or turned off – guaranteeing that important meetings and tasks won’t be overlooked.
Each notification contains the most essential information, allowing users to quickly understand the reminder’s purpose. The message displays the scheduled time, type of activity (e.g., visit, call, meeting), and the name of the client related to the task.
Users can easily acknowledge the reminder by tapping OK or directly access details to view full information about the activity and, if needed, modify its parameters.
This feature supports punctuality and helps maintain order in daily schedules. It minimizes the risk of forgetting key meetings and assignments, leading to higher efficiency and professionalism among sales representatives and managers.
Thanks to PUSH reminders, managing the calendar becomes clearer and more reliable – even in the most dynamic work environments.
